"Mike and his crew were exceptional and handled my MAJOR water problem to my satisfaction. I had other restoration people to my home and they were only interested in fixing the cosmetic problem. Mike looked, and found, the cause of my shower leak. Mike was on top of the situation and worked with my insurance company. The insurance company used a third party to handle the situation. They were IMPOSSIBLE and kept changing what they required for payment. Mike was constantly in touch with them, providing pictures and the necessary information so that they would cover my claim".

 

    "Mike went out of his way, on a Fri night, to handle a crisis situation with the insurance people. My custom shower, with imported tile, was torn apart. The shower pan problem repaired and put back together. The bathroom walls were all repaired, the tile work matches perfectly, and everything looks and works just as it should. Best of all there are no leaks!!The workers were pleasant and trust worthy. This project went on for a few months and they all were very neat and considerate in my home. The floors were covered and all of the debris was cleaned up on a daily basis. I only have high praise for Mike and his company. You can use them and know the job will be done right".
